I have only recently switched from the Needham location to the West Newton location and have been impressed with the front desk staff as well as the massage therapists.

Knowledgeable therapist who listens to what I am feeling and can take action in the right places - sometimes pain is referred from a place other than where I feel it - their being able to figure out what’s causing tension and relieve it is gold to me. I heard that you pay fair hourly wages to therapists and that must help keep good ones on staff - take care of them so they can take care of us!
