I have to say that typically the staff working at the reception desk are professional. During my last visit there was a very young lady, maybe still a teenager, and she was so immature that it left me with a bad feeling. She was talking about paying bills and saying that she was going to marry a rich guy so she never had to work again. I did not go into my session with a good feeling. Maybe she was just having a day, but that was a big turn off for me. I think it is better for your business to not have the staff complaining while customers are in the waiting area.

Frankie is the best massage therapist I've had at Elements. I appreciate that she is reliable and keeps her appointments. She always checks in prior to our session and asks what areas of concern I might have and where I want the focus to be. I always feel much better than how I came in.
