I love my massages with Gretchen. I always feel so good when we are done. Very worthwhile for me every month.

I’ve been going to Elements Massage for about a year. I had a massage with Brian at the Boise location, and it was hands down the best massage I’ve had since I started going there. He really listened to what I needed and focused on the areas that were bothering me. I had a huge kink in my neck that was making it hard to move, and by the time we were done, I could actually move again! I’m so grateful for the relief and will definitely be requesting Brian for future massages!

I've been a member for over three years, and I've consistently had a wonderful experience here. The facility is clean, quiet, and calming, and the massage therapists are exceptionally skilled. Combined with friendly front desk staff, fair pricing, and a convenient location, it’s a fantastic local spot that I'm happy to support.
