The Reception area is clean, uncluttered, comfortable and welcoming. The session rooms are the same with the optional addition of heated massage tables. Jessica and I get along well and I enjoy her method of massage. She starts each session with the question -How are you feeling today? Is there any area you would like me to focus on? There are also several other therapists I can chose from that have different skills. I've always left each visit feeling better than when I first arrived. It is a monthly treat I hope to continue for a long time.

Christi’s massage technique strength and kindness was truly incredible 10/10. The massage was amazing. One small bit of feedback I’d like to share. Personally when I leave a massage I’d like to pay, take my water and beeline to my car. Mentally I’m in a relaxed state and would love to extend that euphoria for a long as possible and not have to think about much. Instead, when I entered the lobby to pay on my way out, I was met with an overwhelming bombardment of questions and felt pressured about subscriptions and deals and goodybags? Even after I replied with “ I’d think about it, there was still yet another push to sell some deal or subscription (“Not like a gym membership” is all I can remember). Nobody wants to be awoken from a relaxing two hour massage with an avalanche of questions about “deals” Otherwise- great experience

From the minute you open the door to the Elements Reception area you start to relax - the place is clean and uncluttered, the front desk people are friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is subtly calming. Jessica is the only massage therapist I've had the pleasure of working with. Massage is a very personal experience. Jessica and I work well together and I would rate the quality of her massage high. Based on my experience I would recommend Elements to my friends.

The staff is super welcoming and even the waiting area is so relaxing. My masseuse Jessica really listened to me and afterwards, I was so glad I got a membership so I can treat myself each month. Coincidentally, I had my blood pressure taken at the next place I went and I was so relaxed. My BP was so low (not dangerously) due to my great massage!
