Our assigned inspector, Jim, is clearly a highly experienced and knowledgeable professional in the home inspection space. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Jim. He's a seasoned expert and was very helpful and patient as e responded to all our questions with clarity and in layman terms for my wife and I to understand. We concluded the process with a strong comfort and confidence that we were in very good hands with him. This was validated once we received the final report which was detailed, thorough, and of great value in determining our decision to execute or release our home offer. Hal was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was patient, taking the time to explain everything to me in language I could understand. He did not hesitate to answer my questions, even though I had many. You could tell he enjoyed what he did and was very confident when presenting his findings. I really appreciated that he had the report to me the very same day, being contientuous of my time limitations. He came highly recommended by my realtor and I was not disappointed.
