Andrew was very nice and did the repair of the hose quickly and efficiently. I appreciate his help getting the hose turned off.He stayed on the phone with me while I was trying to turn the blue knob. I have arthritis in my hands and very little strength Andrew was very supportive This was at 3 am on Saturday morning. By his assessment he suggested I have a pool noodle to help protect the hose My daughter got the hose and have it here so he could save some time
