JT our sales person was very knowledgeable, patient and personable. He explained everything in an unhurried way. Tim our installer was also great. He arrived early, again explained everything, even went out of his way to get a part that was broken in his install kit so we didn’t have to wait a couple days to have it delivered. We’ve only had the system a couple days but already can tell the difference in our water softness. Pleas do not share my review or name publicly
