You don’t use gallons of water that leaves the carpet wet for hours. Shane was awesome!! Very friendly.

I’ve been using Oxifresh for years. Primarily because it doesn’t use chemicals and leave that smell in the house. Also, it dries much quicker than other carpet cleaners. I really don’t consider using others. Thomas did the job for me the other day and he’s a very professional, pleasant young man who did a great job.

I cannot recommend Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning enough! Shane came out to clean my carpets and couch, and he was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He was easy to work with, had great communication, and worked incredibly hard to get everything looking amazing. As a mom with four kids, my couch has definitely seen its fair share of spills, accidents, and everyday kid messes 😂, and Shane put so much time and effort into getting it clean. The difference is incredible! My carpets look brand new, my couch looks amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I would 100% recommend Shane and Oxi Fresh to anyone and everyone looking to have their carpets or furniture cleaned.

Our tech was very friendly and took his time, however our carpet had more of an odor after than they ever did before. Will not be purchasing service again.

Tom was professional and articulate during the service. I appreciated the 15 minute advance call that he was running 30min late. Which was accurate.

The carpet on the stairs and the rug in the basement did not get cleaned. Black stains on the rise of the steps still present. Also not very impressed since the hose head broke and he just finished the job somehow.
