the employees at culligan are always very polite, helpful and professional. i have never had any issues with my water softening unit. culligan comes once a year to make sure everything is running correctly and so far, it is always functioning without any issues i am happy with their service.

I was very pleased with the last delivery of salt and bleach. Partially through my own error I missed the driver,and he was graciously willing to double back to our home. When he got here there was an unforeseen problem with the unit that processes the salt and he advised us regarding that and completed the delivery. Dakota also was able to advise us how to compensate for the change in our salt order for the next visit. He provided great service and remained gracious throughout , as was the other staff member who I dealt with initially when I thought we were not going to get the delivery .
