This new upgraded machine. It looks like the old one, but I love the color it's black. It works well, not noisy at all. And if you have a problem, they would try to solve it. And I love my driver Mr Fred he's amazing guy we're a courteous, and he's going to try to fix whatever it is to make his customer, please. He lets you know now. There's just some things that come from corporate. I just start laughing. I said I understand Mr Fred. Overall i've been using Culligan over ten years. When you call customer service and if you're not happy, they're gonna get someone on the line to try to make you happy. They are bad pleasing a customer.
