We called for a service and although it took some time to get a tech he was great. Our system was blocked and he restored it to functional quickly. The tech was polite, professional and listened to our needs and concerns. The only thing that was a negative was our appointment was a months or so out from when I called. I also get that it was probably the busy season for people getting ready for winter. So I take responsibility for not calling sooner. Wverything was great!

We purchased a home in August with the Culligan system installed, and we have been very pleased. While we went from county water to a well with this new home, the water tastes better, my skin feels better, and my hair feels softer. When Mike came out to service our system, he explained the system to us very thoroughly.
