One cocern is that I was not able to use my water filtration system due to failure and break down of unit had to wait for repairs to be completed on unit . Then I was without from Friday to Tuesday afternoon .

the products are of good quality, the delivery of salt is great but you need to ask the driver if he would bring the salt downstairs,(or wherever you need it) One thing I don't like is the Smart HE only connects to 2G WIFI so if you have 5G WIFI it keeps disconnecting. It does reconnect if you have the 2G as well, but it takes a bit and if it doesn't connect you have to go to the unit and do it manually. This is a bit of a pain.

We love our RO system and the ability to adapt it to ClearLink Bluetooth button for our apartment. Having to move our system was an easy process and the technician was very informative

We love that reminders are sent; delivery people are always pleasant and take our salt either to our basement or place it in our garage. Fir older adults this is a huge plus!

Culligan is an amazing company! They are reliable and accommodating . I needed help to regulate the usage of the salt in my water softener that they installed. They have assisted several times until it was what I needed. And deliveries are on time and there is no difficulty changing when deliveries are made. They could not be any more helpful! I love this company!
