the call i just had was excellent great customer service. im still new to my filtration system she was super helpful and reasuring and set up a salt delivery and a service on another day i was so happy to get the salt becasue i had compeltely run out. i also want to say that i have the best delivery driver shikari so nice so respectful and just a genuine nice person. this is good since i dont really like most people and i dont like people in my home but i have no issues with him. i think they both deserve raises.

I liked the customer service provided, Mr Mike H did an amazing job, extremely friendly and got right to work immediately and after the product was installed, Mike also triple checked everything to make sure no leaks of any kind which not a single drop of water was found. Very impressive and will absolutely be telling colleagues, friends, and family about this experience. Thank you guys very much.
