All good but I had a delivery on Friday and then Thu came back on Monday and dropped off six more bags in front of my driveway. Can you send someone to pick up the bags in my driveway?

This was a seamless installation experience. We are previous Culligan customers from Rhode Island and wanted the same Smart RO system in our new home in Connecticut. Mike's service on our installation this morning was prompt and efficient, and he was courteous, respectful of our home and helpfully explained the install and how the system worked. We are very pleased with this experience and will continue recommending Culligan to our friends and neighbors.

The Culligan installer, Mike, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He took time to explain the complicated set up. The installation included a sediment filter, 2 water softner tanks, a salt bin, UV Light and a PFAS filter an under the sinks osmosis filter for drinking water water. He also connected this to the refrigerator. I had other competitive offers but it was the Culligan personnel who were trustworthy. Yes, their fees are higher, however I choose excellent work, reliability, and quality service,

Delivery was done properly this time - concerned if I was not home where he would have left salt. Do you maintain a customer drop off map?
