Service is excellent!! Impressed by its educational help for young people. Only criticism (and important) is that I don't recall being told that vital minerals are not part of osmosis plan. For seniors this important info for the elderly. Doubt that there be a sign-up drop butane you become a senior. citizen many become very alert about knowing best ways to maintain their health.

For an older person who can no longer safely lug 40lb bags of salt downstairs to my basement, this is a wondrerful service. I can enjoy soft water without worrying about how to get it down there. They pour it in, take the bags out, and make sure it is running properly. All at a reasonable price. I deeply appreciate how it makes my life easier.

Tech is very helpful and courteous. He carries the salt down a steep flight of stairs which we cannot do. I know well ahead of time when the deliveries will be scheduled. I can call and talk to a local person if there is a need to change anything or ask a question.
