The system that was installed has worked well for the past 5 years. It addressed any issues we were having with our water. The annual service is excellent. The technicians are very good, on time and make sure everything has been checked out before leaving. Two thumbs up!

Deepak was extremely knowledgeable and explained our system, and how it works. He tested our water and gave us details of which we were not aware (new to us house). He was very patient with all of our questions, and we so appreciated his manner. We have had excellent service in the past and will continue to employ Culligan water as needed.

The water condition was well over due for service and when the service man showed up on time with salt and the equipment to service the water condition. The service rep was well dressed ,well manned and very knowledgeable about the product. Just bought a house with a Culligan treatment system. Have never had one before. Had a wonderful serviceman come and check the system, do the necessary yearly filers. Was very patient and helpful explaining how the system works, what to watch for etc. His name was Depp and I will ask for him if I need anything else done.

Sales person was very knowledgeable and explained what our water quality meant as he tested it. Very thorough with the equipment options that were available. Installer technician contacted me in advance, was on time and very easy to deal with. Did a great job with the installation and cleaned up afterwards.
