We’re nothing short of Blessed to have had our Culligan system serviced by a an Amazing True Professional who performed his duties exceptionally well but went through about it’s stages explaining to us the process in detail his findings his corrective measures and the results changes expected and the timeline of those changes and other advises are recommended for our system in the short term midterm and longer terms to ensure the best possible outcomes prevail Randy is indeed the Best and we certainly will get him next spring so Thank you very much Randy and Culligan for this so great Quality of system and Superb support!

I have rented a water softener, filtration system and delivered my salt from Rock Valley Culligan for over 10 years and in this time I have never had any issues with them. They deliver my salt every quarter and I always get a text as a reminder letting me know the date and time they will be here. All the staff that have been in my home have been professional, fast and polite. They are a very good company to work with.
