The technician called before arrival to give me an arrival time. Ron Ward introduced himself as the installer. We walked the job down to assure the job assignment was to the customers satisfaction. Once verified Ron went to work and had it installed in a very timely manner. Ron left the work area as clean as it was upon arrival. Ron was very friendly and professional. He even made friends with our 2 dogs. I cannot recommend Culligan and Ron Ward enough. The salesman Ryan falls into this same category. 5 Stars from start to finish.

The Company name translates to quality and products that I can trust to provide, in my case, soft water to protect my family and appliances. The service has never let me down whether it’s a call for a minor repair or adjustment to ordering salt. This call for service was for help to protect my softener equipment and the spot it sits on. Kirsten was extremely helpful! She understood the issue and quickly resolved it by contacting the right person in her office. She was professional and very personable, worked with me to schedule a visit and made me feel that Culligan cares. The company deserves credit for hiring quality staff members like Kirsten and I thank her personally for helping me!

The installation was seamless and the installer, Ron Ward, was knowledgeable and professional. He was efficient and respectful of our particular needs. Our last system lasted over 20 years, and we look forward to the improvements in water quality with our new system.
