Chris came to our house to service the RO system and change the filters. I appreciate that he called 20 min before arriving and showed up exactly when he said he would. He was polite and respectful of our house. He worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up afterward. He was informative about what we needed to do after he left and what to do if there were any issues. Overall great job and a very nice person.

Ben and Stan did a fantastic job of performng the annual service on my Reverse Osmosis system. In addition to the filter changes, the also improved the overal performance of my system but identifying and remediating a small air link, and increasing the tank pressure. 10 stars on the service!

Ben and Stan were very good. They cleaned up the area and made sure everything was working. Tested the water to make sure it was with the proper range. Made sure we remembered to run the water to clear out the filters. I would recommend Culligan water and their service.

Chelsea (scheduler) is off the charts superior. I needed a huge service call ( well over $1000) and she patiently, proficiently, and extremely professionally handled my call and took the extra time to make sure every single aspect of my appointment was covered to make sure my yearly visit was to be covered! For example: I wanted the excellent repair team of Brandon and Ben to be the team....Chelsea arranged it perfectly! I wanted a morning appointment as my sister and I are not always available in the afternoon....while she couldn't guarantee it, she made me feel like i mattered and said she would do her best. At 71, and not being rich: Where can you find someone soooo extremely satisfied that they do not mind spending well over $1000?? That's what you call a one in a million employee! Chelsea deserves recognition from the top level at Culligan.
