I have worked with Alana for at least 30 years and she knows us. She is professional and understanding. She is quick to return our calls and has helped us get out of jambs during our trips that came up unexpectantly. Alana ALWAYS helps us plan the "perfect" vacations at the time we choose and the best prices available. She has steered us away from pitfalls that we would have tripped up if we were left on our own. Even though some of the groups have not publicized there total trips, Alana has been able to get us on their waiting lists and has/will give us our "dream" vacations. I told my wife when I retired that these were going to be our "go years". Alana has enabled us to achieve many trips that have and are going to let us go! Thank you Fox World for employing this AWESOMENESS person.
