It's simple. My employer uses Fox World Travel, I call in and give my name and group number, tell them what time I want and it's done.

I needed assistance with adding on flights after a work trip and the service I received was direct, efficient and very quick. It was so nice to have the options presented to me and I was asked to make my choices based on the information provided. The representative had also familiarized himself with my company's travel policies and was able to recommend the flights that fit the parameters for additional travel. I was very satisfied with the service as well as the personable nature of the representative, Jay.
