Water Softener works without any issues. Maintains routine even after a power outage. Personnel is always polite & knowledgeable. Love the fact salt can be delivered (for a fee). As an elderly couple, we no longer have to go out & get more salt.

Firstly. There are real people to talk to and explain the situation. The stuff I’ve dealt with I’ve always been extremely friendly efficient and a pleasure to do business with They explain everything fully give us lots of options as to either renting or buying a water softener and everything was dealt with quickly, and the installation process worked perfectly no mess no cleanup, great job
