Sharleen listened when we said we didn't want to spend alot of money on updates to our parents home and advised only on what she felt really should be done. She suggested a list price that represented that we were aware updates were needed. To me, thus made sense because one ca not possibly know another persons personal taste or vision for their home. Obviously, that was the correct plan as we had multiple offers quite a bit over list. During the process she was a available to answer my many questions, either by phone or text, even while she was on vacation.

Every bump in the road was handled. Really helped us explore options and refine our choices by allowing us to explore different levels of renovation or move in ready states. Sharleen Scholz was the absolute best! Throughout the home-buying experience, she was extremely communicative and intuitive to our wants and needs. She was always very prompt in responding to my MANY questions as a first-time home-buyer, and had a keen eye for homes we might be interested in (I'm sitting in one of those homes right now thanks to Sharleen!) After the contracts were signed, Sharleen was sure to follow-up on any progress, staying in touch with the team and quickly sending any requested documentation. She was a true joy to work with and made a very stressful experience a lot of fun!
