From the moment we met her we knew Liz Roberts would be the perfect realtor to help my family buy our first home. She has an energy that is so positive it fills you with hope and makes a great day. I knew she was going to help us find the perfect place. The one thing we didn’t predict was finding a difficult short sale and asking Liz to help us through it. She stayed professional, hopeful and patient the entire time. We were very anxious as first time home buyers and with how difficult the sale was, but we knew it would be ours with Liz on our side! She answered our questions via text or call no matter the day or time, she showed up every time we needed something, and her market knowledge is what helped us close the deal. She is very professional, Honest, trustworthy, good at meeting the tenants and setting up showings. Her experience gives her the perspective: what sells and the market price. She knows reality. She got me a good qualified buyer in a few weeks on the market. Escrow went smooth, no surprises!
