Outstanding! I was an out-of-state buyer, purchasing a home for my relatives in N. Tonawanda. I was referred to Kelly Limina and, from the first call, could tell she was seasoned. She was professional, very knowledgeable and candid about housing conditions/areas, flexible with last-minute showings, and helpful with bidding strategies. I grew particularly fond of her no-nonsense, practical yet spirited approach; her energy was refreshing in what is typically a boring or intimidating transaction. I feel like I gained a friend, and also benefited from her years of experience and network as she aligned me with great resources — lawyer, plumbers, electricians, whatever was needed along the way, making our transition to a new home comfortable.
