Mick was awesome! I knew of him, but I chose him because I knew he lived and worked in my neighborhood. He answered all of my questions, and I had many, at any time day or night. Trying to coordinate a new build being finished and closing on the two properties simultaneously was a challenge, but I have to say Mick helped to make it happen. He talked me off the cliff on more than one occasion. I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends. If you are in need of a realtor, Mick is your man!

I have sold two properties with Mick - in each experience he communicated clearly and timely, provided thoughtful feedback and was a huge support to me during the process. I had never sold a home prior and he was able to clearly walk me through the process and what to expect. I’ve been in real estate for 30 years, I used a specific agent always. Met Mike TRUNZO through my brother in law so I figured to try him. My previous agent retired. TRUNZO knows everything in real estate, we happened to have a tough property mixed use etc. This agent doesn’t sit on his hands period. He is an amazing individual along with professional and has an ability to show, sell any property put in front of him. Mick was fantastic -- he understood what I was looking for and, when the new build I really wanted was not being listed yet, he arranged for a presale. He also is very knowledgeable about house construction, and made me confident I would not be walking into a house with problems. And, while waiting for the mortgage to come through, he kept me calm.
