This was my first time buying a house. Will was very patient in finding me the best house. He also did his due diligence in letting me know of any problems that may need to be fixed with house and let me know what other similar houses in the neighborhood are selling for, and gave his honest opion, for every house I looked at. I could tell he was not just trying to sell me a house, he wanted me to find a home that I will enjoy for many years. He also put togher a very unique offer that won me my house and kept it in my budget... which was limited for this market. I do not think I would have a home today, if it wasn't for Will. He also made sure the closing went smoothly and answered any questions I had. I would HIGHLY recommend Will!!!
