Chris this year helped us sell both our home and a townhouse, so we have had two recent experiences with him. Chris and his team are a pleasure to work with and he knows the Rochester area market as well as or better than anyone. We valued his advice and ended up with great results. Quite simply, we don’t know how a realtor could do a better job for their clients.

Chris is the best. I can’t say enough about how much he did to get our house sold. My sister and I had the situation of being in charge of selling our parents home. We had to clear it out, and get the inside painted to be ready. Chris provided all the names and contacts and then helped to make sure the jobs were done on time. He answered every text or phone call within minutes to an hour. He was so supportive and encouraging throughout this emotional time. He knew exactly what he was doing in choosing the asking price. Trust me when i tell you there is no one better out there to help you sell your home. I recommend Chris and his team ( Cory and Deb) to anyone who wants a trustworthy, professional, and caring team.

He did an outstanding job of promoting the sale of my unique home. The photographer he chose to photograph both the exterior and interior was outstanding. The shots he took were creative and beautiful. Chris had the insight to take pictures in the summer when the flowers were in bloom despite the fact the open house would be in early spring. He promoted the successful sale every possible way.
