Vickie was extremely helpful and never gave up on us. We tried to buy a piece of land that the owner owned along with his mother and when she passed away he never went through probate. So after about 4 and a half months of no success we backed out due to extremely unusual circumstances. Vickie quickly found us another piece of land that we put an offer on and because these owners never did probate either this contract also took much longer than it should have ( about four months). But Vickie was great keeping after everybody, making sure that things went along as smoothly as absolute possible. We would definitely work with Vickie again or highly recommend her to anyone we know.
