Also of note is that Joe was the agent I used when originally purchasing the property in 2017. What I wrote above is exactly why I went back to Joe for the sale.

We enjoyed working with Joe. He listened closely to our requirements for a house and worked hard to find ones that matched our wishes. He was patient with us as we changed our requirements, when we changed our minds about viewing a house, and as we had him driving as far north as Saratoga Springs, as far south as Duanesburg and many places in between. He addressed questions to which he did not immediately know the answer in a timely manner and handled an issue that arose during our final walk-through before the closing quickly. He was friendly and professional but never pushy. He allowed us to make our own assessments about the houses we viewed and did not try influence us. He remained supportive and encouraging throughout the process, from the beginning of our home search until after the closing.

Joe was like a lawyer, contractor, and friend who always had my best interests in mind. He had the flashlight out in the basement checking for water marks and he could tell the composition of flooring with one footstep. The transaction was not a “me” thing it was a “we” thing. When we started the process of looking, I was impressed that he was in “active” mode looking for things whether positive or negative and pointing them out rather than waiting for me to ask questions. I know his father and brother, so I knew he came from good stock, and I would recommend him to anyone who wants an advocate. I’m not knocking other agents but they’re in the same league as Joe.

And also unlike your average realtor, he doesn't disappear after the contract is signed, only to be seen again to collect a check; instead he helped correspond with and schedule every inspector, loan advisor, and lawyer, sharing his network of trustworthy individuals from his years of experience.
