I live in San Francisco and own a rental property in Orchard Park. I was not sure how I was going to pull off selling this property from my home office in San Francisco. A friend of mine recommended Geralyn Bonilla. From day one she was incredibly professional and walked me through every step of the process. I received an offer higher than I expected but it came with a few repairs on my part....its an old home that needed a few updates and repairs per the buyers inspector. Geralyn helped me through this and I was so satisfied with all those contractors that helped get my place into perfect shape. Geralyn was not only the best real estate agent I have ever worked with I can now call her my friend. I am a huge promoter of the Hunt team, especially Geralyn. I will be referring her to anyone I know in western NY that needs to buy or sell a home. Geralyn deserves great praise and is not only a credit to her team but also to the entire HUNT organization.
