I have bought multiple house and have had multiple experiences with many different realtors and people and Jennifer Cousins is by far amongst the best. My spouse and I moved back from North Carolina back home to Buffalo. Jennifer is an advocate when you need one and a second opinion when your in search of one. Above and beyond beyond measure. Excellent work ethic with a profound professional experience as well as a friend available in the best or worst of circumstances. I would highly recommend.

Jennifer was great with assessing our home and what we needed to do to maximize our sale. She also got a ton of traffic thru the house which led to multiple offers and a sale price above what we anticipated. Throughout the process Jennifer communicated thoroughly to let us know what next steps were and what was happening, which was appreciated as it was one of the larger transactions we’ve undertaken to this point. She made a hectic and stressful process easy to understand and digest. We had dealt with some agents in other instances who were pretty hands-off and seemed most interested in commision. This was not Jennifer. She was our real estate mom from berore listing to after closing. I would absolutely recommend Jennifer to anyone seeking an agent, and will absolutely ask her to represent us in any future real estate dealings we have.

Jennifer was great to work with throughout the process of buying our first home. She was extremely knowledgeable and full of good advice which helped us along the way. At every phase of the process she was able to lay out the steps very clearly so we always knew exactly what to expect ahead of time. This made for a relatively stress free process. If I was ever worried about any part of the home-buying process, Jennifer always took the time to speak to me until I felt better. She is typically immediately available by phone and if she doesn't answer (with another client) she will return your call as soon as possible. One of the things that meant a lot to us (some of my friends have experienced problems with other agents outside of hunt) was that even though we purchased a relatively inexpensive house, Jennifer was just as devoted to helping us buy our home as I believe she would have been if it cost much more. In closing, I really can't recommend Jennifer enough. Even though she is the only real estate agent I have worked with, it is hard to imagine working with anyone who would be more competent and devoted to her clients. We were very lucky to have her guide us through this process!
