Bill Crocker is not only a wonder and caring person. He is amazing at his job. And it is because he enjoys what he does and is fantastic at. He was there to to help me on what he could and if he didn’t know the answer then he would figure out to help me answer questions. He was patient, kind and somewhat sympathetic my concerns.
