My wife and I worked with Deacon for over two years. He first met with us to visit our home and then again to give us a market analysis. Deacon took so much time with us to walk through our home and to give us valuable advice on any improvements we could make to our house for when the time came to sell. It took my wife and I two years to find our next home. During that time he would generously give of his time to take us through any homes in which we might have a slight interest. His knowledge and thoroughness while visiting houses was very impressive. He would take quite a bit of time to inspect not only the inside of houses but also the outside, looking for the positives, the possibilities, as well as the potential problems. We always felt like we walked away from each house completely comfortable with the decision to with put in an offer or to move on to the next property. We never felt rushed or pressured, just well-informed. We finally found our next home and have fallen in love with the choice we made with Deacon’s assistance. When it came time to sell our home of thirty years, again, Deacon was the ultimate professional. He guided us through each step of the home selling process. He had excellent advice on how to prepare our home for selling and knew the way to show off its best qualities. We had many showings, an open house and finally an offer that blew us away after just one week on the market. We are so thankful to Deacon for all that he has done to make this transition in our lives as easy as possible.

He took time to explain in detail exactly why we should do specific things that would allow potential buyers to see the properties full value and potential.
