Shari was wonderful! She took care of so many aspects of this journey for me and made it so much smoother than I could have hoped. I had moved away already when the process of selling the house began and she was very helpful in taking care of things for me that I couldn't. She kept me apprised of the situation the whole time, so I knew it was going on at every step. She was genuinely very kind and understanding of how much pain it did cause me to sell my mother's house.
