Well as everyone’s says the first house is the hardest one but these people made it so much easier between the realtor Kirk who’s absolutely amazing so down to earth and makes you feel normal thru the whole process and makes things understandable at a level I needed I was never book smart I’ve always been hands on as I’m a diesel mechanic but he made it to where I could understand it all and for a young father raising two kids i don’t have crazy money for the crazy down payments but he didn’t judge me it was more like fuel to him to find me something that checked all the boxes and was affordable and he did just that I couldn’t thank him enough as well as Christina and the attorney I had thru them they all were great and made this possible for me you guys are rock stars in this business

The entire team was incredibly informative about the whole process from beginning to end. They were quick to respond to any questions or concerns my wife and I had.

Kirk Flegal is the most amazing person to work with. He was always so positive when we were getting down on ourselves, and he never pushed to sell us a house. He was super patient. It took my boyfriend and I a year and a half to find the house we loved. Kirk stuck with us the whole time. My boyfriend was very stubborn on what he wanted and in the nicest, most professional way Kirk told him that he needed to take somethings off his list of wants in order to have more options. In the time that we worked with Kirk, he opened my eyes to a whole new world. I've worked with kids forever. Over 12 years. And after working with Kirk, I realized that's not what I want to do anymore and I bought the classes to become a real estate salesperson. Now, I am a member of his team. He has forever changed my life, and I am forever grateful for him. He is the sweetest, kindest, most knowledgable person. I am so glad we had him as our realtor :)
