Susan was extremely helpful. I'm not so sure I'd have gotten such a fair deal, if I had gone with someone else, as I was originally planning to sell my home "as is". She suggested certain areas needed to be renovated or adjusted, and the extra work went a long way. Also, both the staging and photography were tremendous, and gave an excellent, positive representation of the home. She resolved any concerns from the buyer professionally and efficiently. Overall, I give her a 10 out of 10. Her mother, Diana, would have been proud.

Susan was very helpful. Using both intuition and logic, I had a general idea about what I wanted to buy, the space I needed, and the price, and she was great with showing me all the different various condos. Very patient and helpful. Also found the database, via email notification, was great as well. I look forward to working with her to sell my home over the next month or so. It's been a challenging past few months. Thank you!
