The service is wonderful, when you phone you speak to a real person . The salt is delivered within a short time . We can choose to have the salt taken to our garage or basement . The salt in our water makes laundry so much softer as well as our hair & showering . Anything to do with household water is better . You notice when you go to a hotel what the difference really is !

To be honest it is more cheapest to have our water filtration rather than buying the gallons. And the services you have to cater to your customers are absolutely amazing. It helps us to cut down a little bit pennies in our budgets instead of buying bottles of water and the best of it we protects our nature to not be overly uses plastic bottles .

Good quality and SOME good tecs. The guy that installed my system was an absolute idiot. However Roy came out the next day and fixed it. Roy was also just out to perform a service. He’s quick and extremely knowledgeable.

Your deliverymen are courteous, reliable, and willing to help older people who cannot lift the heavy bottles inside. We customers can alter our delivery amounts with a short notice, and sometimes even without the notice. Also the water is so much superior and healthier than tap water.

Delivery man helpful if I am moving slowly or sore. Office staff gives me the information I want. My bottles get delivered nicely. Need help to put them on the tank. Right now I have volunteers that help me out. No worries. Please keep the price down for disabled seniors.
