Culligan has great customer service. The delivery guy who always goes above when dropping off my hugs. The admin when I call in with a question or request. Recently had our water cooler cleaned (sanitized). Dawson was professional; cleaned up after and made our water fresh and clean again. Way to go Culligan.

I was in contact with three people from your company and all were above what I normally experience dealing with companies. The sales rep Jeff was very professional, on time and exceptional in his water knowledge. Made me feel at ease. I was then contacted by Tracy at your head office and It's been a long time since I've been impressed with a phone conversation. Tracy walked me through the process of the installation and what would happen next. I've had to call back with a follow up question and it was answered immediately. When Jeremy arrived he was so full of information and help that I was immediately at ease. This has been one of the best contacts with a company that we've had in a long time. I would highly recommend Culligan to anyone interested in water filtration services.
