Always thorough Questions answered. Blood pressure high but went to Publix, used the cuff, relaxed taking some deep breaths and got a normal reading. Suggested by the PA.

I have found superior organization starting with being contacted prior to my appointments, check-in and on through completion of my appointments so far. All staff members I've encountered have been professional, friendly, kind and very willing to help. I think Dr. Hanel is an "out of this world" kind of doctor. Besides his being brilliant, his manner is kind, patient and personable. I found Ms. Straitt to be a "superstar" as well! Everyone I've been in touch with at Baptist have been great! The efficiency of the office is very good. Dr. Wallace is explains procedures very succinctly in layman’s terms. After two procedures 6 months apart on distinctly different problems no significant issues have arisen.
