They are flexible - when I cannot keep my appointment for salt delivery, they work with me. That is so appreciated. It is great to have the salt delivered. And it is great to know I can call at any time if I have problems with the equipment. The equipment had a problem once in all these years -- so I think that means it is pretty reliable! Your staff are so friendly and professional too. Love Culligan!

We’ve had our iron filter and water softener for about a week now, and I’m so glad we decided to move forward with having them installed! We have terribly hard water at our house, and the difference was noticeable almost immediately. We couldn’t be happier with the results so far and would highly recommend them! The gentleman who came out, I believe his name was Adam, was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took the time to answer every question we had without making us feel silly for asking. Before he left, he made sure we understood how everything worked and reassured us that if we ever have questions or need assistance, we can call and someone will be there to help. Overall, we had a great experience from start to finish and are very happy we made the investment!
