We have enjoyed the difference in the clean taste of the water compared to other water that my family has tried. We have enjoyed our delivery driver. He is so accommodating and understanding.

The few times I needed to contact customer service, the person was friendly and the small issue was resolved. The quality of water is great, the text message reminder is definitely helpful, and with few exceptions, due to weather or illness on the drivers end, always have my delivery as promised.
