Scott H. is fantastic...knowledgeable, skilled, friendly, flexible, efficient and I can say the same about all of the other staff that I have interacted with. Price is great. Best of all...I enjoy being able to utilize local agencies vs. giant, corporate, monopolies.

I've been a customer of ARROW Exterminator for several years. They provide excellent pest control service for my two properties . They also do my lawn service. I'm very pleased with all the services they provide. The administrative staff and the technicians are kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. Whenever I have problems with bugs, ants, yard weeds, I call the office and the technician call me that day to schedule an appointment. The issue is addressed within a couple of days!! Excellent customer service!

I can tell u what I didn’t like. I wasn’t pleased at all with the last exterminator he did everything to fast then he went outside to spray for a split second.I asked him to treat the fruit flies, he left without doing it. I had to call him to come back and bring the little box thing back that helps get rid of the flies.Overall he didn’t satisfy me.

It's been an absolute pleasure working with Scott. He is so communicative, punctual, kind, and always willing to teach me something new about my property management! The work he does is spectacular as well! Every time after he visits, my house is in tip top shape and pest free. 20/10 recommend Scott and your company.
