Lori has been a friend of mine for many years, so I was very comfortable with her handling our sale. She was very accommodating, very helpful (did a FaceTime walk through after we closed because we were in Florida) always professional - answered all questions and concerns in a timely manner, and since she also lives in the same community that we bought into - very knowledgeable. Lori will always be highly recommended to any of our friends or family looking to buy or sell a home.

We knew Lori was a great real estate agent based upon friends recommendations and the local Hamburg for sale signs we noticed. We had contacted her early on to discuss the selling process and she was very responsive to setting an appointment and reviewing all the "comps" in the area to give us a better idea of what our home would be worth. We signed with her, she sold our home in 4 days after receiving many offers. We did run into a problem with the bank assessment of our home but Lori took action right away and with others, convinced the assessor that our home was worth far more. She won the argument and once that was behind us, the house closed and we could then move to our "future home".
