Working with Nick has been a pleasure as well as successful. Nick did far more than list our properties. He made it easy for us to sell several properties maximizing the opportunities in each. Mr. Nick Corto was well prepared and informed regarding the local market in Grand Island He was very eager to get us the best price We were able to reach him day and night by phone, fax, texting and emails He was a very detailed man who never missed the fine prints in any contract, form and negotiation. He supplied us with so much information and access to maps, data and options that we felt we got more than we anticipated from any real estate agent.
