We interviewed a total of (4) softwater contractors - we let them all test the water - reviewed the results and listened to their presentations. Caleb, at Culligan was the most personable, knowledgeable and we felt that we were being told the plain truth unlike the competition. Culligan also offered rental option that was cheaper than the finance option that we were entertaining. As a benefit, Culligan maintains the equipment and provides the salt - the competition did not. The install was completed by one technician and he listened to my expectation for the install - all exceeded our exception. Tim (Installer) and Caleb (Sales) made a great team that made us feel confident we made the right decision for our home.
