Shane came to our house to service us. He came prepared with the part he thought we needed. He was in and out within an hour. He was fast, efficient, and very nice. He showed me what he fixed and went through it all with me. He even wrote down new instructions incase we needed it in the future. 10/10 from us!

My Culligan softener has generally been worry free. When a problem did come up Shane did a great job of quickly diagnosing the issue and resolving it. He showed me the root of the problem and answered the questions that I had. He provided great service.

The tech that came out to service my units was very detailed, I'm in the Construction Industry and even for me some stuff was a bit hazy at first. Through the service he was able to answer all questions. The units themselves including hole house water softener and RO both were cleaned/Regn & water quality afterwards was great.

The water delivery service is the best I’ve ever had. The water is always crystal clear, tastes amazing, and I’ve never had a single issue with the quality. The delivery service is also so convenient. The driver comes each month, I open the garage, and he takes care of everything without me having to stop what I’m doing. He unloads the water, puts everything where it needs to go, and is always dependable and professional. I’ve also never had an issue with billing or customer service. Everything has been easy and hassle-free from the beginning. I would definitely recommend Culligan to anyone looking for reliable water delivery and great-tasting water.
