I had a problem with my softener and the service man, Randy, came and fixed it very quickly. Moreover, he and the young man with him very graciously refilled the salt container for me. I had removed most of the salt in my own attempt to see what was wrong and it would have taken me a lot of effort and time to refill the container.
My guess is that for the first 2 months I paid for your services my softener was in bi- pass mode.
Now 4 months into this, our toilet is still getting coated with rust. This never happened with our 30byear old system you replaced with your system
The combination of high performance, attention to detail, and overall value stands out the most. It is clear that a lot of thought goes into making sure the customer experience is seamless from start to finish.
Too long to get an appointment for the installation of a UV light that is obviously past its due date. It keeps beeping and I have to keep running to basement to reset it. Also am still waiting for a water filter and new UV light in my barn. Never even heard back about that one.
The good news…The technician who came was very friendly and knowledgeable.
The bad news... I scheduled a call specifically because the water had a sulfur odor. Not only was the technician not informed about this, but he said the odor had nothing to do with the softener system- it’s not an issue handled by Culligan.
The softener system did not require any service or maintenance at this time. Customer service SHOULD have known the sulfur smell was not a Culligan issue and told me this when I called. This was an unnecessary service call. It cost close to 200.00- annoyingly to have spent that money for no good reason.
