I had my water softener on constant bypass, because my water was just too soft. When I expressed that to Aaron Graff, my Culligan sales rep,he said let me come look and see if we can adjust that. Unfortunately, mine was not one that could be easily adjusted. We discussed other options, including exchanging the softener for a nitrate filtering system. I look forward to hearing back from Aaron about final resolution when his manager has returned to the office, and I have resolved some health issues. The important thing to note is that Aaron responded immediately to my dissatisfaction and was open to other options when we learned that my system is not one that is easily adjusted to various levels of “soft”. Culligan as a company obviously cares about customer satisfaction.

Getting information about the available products was very easy. Once we decided on a system, scheduling installation was fast and simple. The installation process was good- the installer was very knowledgeable and friendly. Our system is working as expected.

I'm so pleased that Culligan keeps track of when our kitchen filtered water system needs to have the filters changed. They send me a reminder, I call them back, their technician comes in very short order to do the replacement, and we are all set for another year. Very easy.

Great products! Great service! Honesty with the sale staff to offer you what is best for you and help you save money. Technicians are knowledgeable and respectful of your property. I have a reverse osmosis system for my drinking water and a water softer system for the water for the house.
