I was scheduled to receive delivery of salt on September 28. I had to miss the July delivery and had called to let your office know. I had to purchase a bag of salt at Lowe's prior to the September delivery. I finally got it to the basement after much tugging and pulling and riding it down on my stair lift. I was at home all day on the 28th awaiting the delivery. In the afternoon I received a telephone call from an out-of-state friend and, evidently, was not available to answer the call to expect delivery very soon. Since my line was busy, he could have guessed I was at home. My front door was open with the storm door locked and if the delivery man had rung the bell, I could have let him in. I wondered why he never showed up, and in going outside, I discovered he left four 40-lb. bags at my garage door. He generally carries them to the basement for me and fills the softener container. I am 88 years old and cannot easily handle these bags. I had to call my grandson to help me get them to the basement and installed. My frustration has cooled since September 28, but I ask that your please instruct the delivery man to try my door if my line is busy. I will call your office if I cannot be available. Thanks!

The water in Jefferson City tastes funny. Even using Echo Water it will taste the same way. The water is great! Cody was great, and has moved on. Our new delivery man is so personable. He asked how my husband was doing after surgery. Not everyone takes the time to know their customers.

We get bottled water. I like that it gets delivered and is of good quality. I can't tell if there is going to be a next option for me to put constructive feedback in or not, so I will put it here. The only thing I don't like is the pricing is somewhat high, plus deposits, and a transportation fee? When we get a house the plan is for sure to switch to a whole home filtration system.
